COURSE RULES: All participants must follow the official race course and must adhere to all official course markings. Shortcutting the course and/or deviating from the course are prohibited. Unless otherwise advised, all courses should be considered open to the public. All road regulations apply. A strict centerline rule will be enforced with disqualification.
SPORTSMANSHIP: Any racer accused of unsportsmanlike conduct before, after or during a JHC Race or Event will be required to defend themselves to the Race Official/Staff. Judgement of the Race Official/Staff is final. Unsportsmanlike conduct is grounds for disqualification without entry refund.

Participants lending aid and assistance may receive a time deduction at the discretion of Race Official/Staff.

Any rider who has violated the anti-doping rules at any point in the past is barred from entry in any JHC Race or Event. Use of any substance or technique included in the WADA Banned List is strictly prohibited.
